Are you a superstar at organising? Radlab is the hunt for a office administrator to help with the everyday running of the team and Personal Assistant to our creative leader.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all current projects, upcoming deliverables and deadlines. Undertake project administration where appropriate. Assist with the accurate preparation of invoicing / reconciliation. Experience with Waveapps, Xero, MYOB or similar, Payroll and Monday/Trello preferred. Set up and manage electronic and paper filing systems. Plan, organise and manage events if needed. Compose and prepare documentation as requested, assisting with the preparation of presentations and supporting materials. Bonus points for proficiency at InDesign and Photoshop. Upkeep and maintenance of the office e.g. stationary ordering etc.
Manage and review email correspondence to determine significance and the appropriate action to take, including
managing tasks directly, delegating responsibility to another relevant person, and/or bringing it to the attention of our Founder. Manage and review our Founder’s electronic diary so that he is fully prepared for meetings,and other appointments. Must be proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar. Be happy to take and make calls on behalf of the team. Arrange travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transport. Organise meetings and appointments, orchestrate conference calls and assist with presentations, where appropriate. Keep the founder informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up where appropriate.
This is a paid part-time position, we are looking for someone to come in 2-3 days a week on Monday and Friday – working days can be flexible for the right candidate.
